Q: What is Tails?

A: Tails follows the misadventures of Ethan: a young, quirky Asian vegan struggling to become a cartoonist while taking care of a horde of cats.  Created by Ethan Young, Tails is an updated/re-edited version of a published mini-series of the same name.  The collected volume, Tails: Life in Progress, was awarded Best Graphic Novel during the 2007 Independent Publishers Book Awards.

A: Tails is updated every Monday.

Q: Who is Ethan Young?

A: Ethan Young was born and raised in NYC and started drawing at the age of 3. After graduating from F.H. LaGuardia High School for Music, Art & the Performing Arts, Ethan attended the School for Visual Arts for a semester and a half before dropping out to pursue an illustration career. Since then, Ethan has involved himself in a wide array of projects, including: comics books, storyboards, t-shirt designs, video games, character designs, print ads, book covers, album covers, logos, and much more. He currently lives in Oneonta, NY with his girlfriend and a bunch of cats.

Q: Will the webcomic ever be collected in paperback form?

A: Although there are no immediate plans to collect the webcomic, there are plans in the future.
